Chocolate Fountasia

Chocolate Fountain Rental - Maryland, DC and Virginia

  1. Who provides the dipping accompaniments?
The host of the event provides all accompaniments including napkins and desert plates. This is because many facilities do not allow outside caterers to provide food items. Also, it is less expensive for the host to provide the accompaniments based on your needs. Our packages do not include any food items other than the chocolate.
  2. What are the payment requirements?
We require a $200 deposit for every event by check or through PayPal (PayPal accepts all major credit cards). To send the deposit via PayPal, visit PayPal.com and click on "Send Money". The final balance must be paid at least 10 days before the event in cash, check or via PayPal.
  3. What are the setup and electrical requirements?
The chocolate fountain requires a baic 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within ten (10) feet of the location of the fountain. Also, a sturdy, level table is mandatory for the fountain and the accompaniments. The table should have a skirted tablecloth.
  4. Can the chocolate fountain be used outside?
Our chocolate fountains operate best in enclosed facilities. The chocolate has a sweet and beautiful aroma which may attract unwanted insects and animals. Also, the chocolate fountain must operate at a steady temperature. Unexpected outdoor conditions will cause the chocolate to lose consistency.
  5. What is required to reserve a chocolate fountain?
Chocolate Fountasia requires a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your event. The balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before the event. When you fill out the request form, we will send a confirmation for you to sign.
